• Oversaw the rebranding of Emirates Post Group to 7X in early 2024—a strategic shift positioning the group for global expansion across trade, transport, logistics, and fintech sectors
• Delivered sustained revenue growth of approximately 10% over three years, underpinned by diversified services and strong strategic execution
• Secured top industry accolades: titled “Amazon Best Carrier of the Year” in MENA for two consecutive years, earned the Universal Postal Union’s Gold Award (2nd place) for international express mail, and was named Postal Service Provider of the Year at the 2023 Logistics and Transport Awards
• Established key strategic partnerships including engagements with FinTech Hive, Hub71, tech-forward ventures like Dronamics and SkyGo, enabling scalable drone cargo deliveries across the UAE and GCC—enhancing sustainability, last-mile innovation, and efficiency
• Led operational diversification through integrated fintech services under FINTX, and expanded postal offerings via the Electronic Documents Centre and Wall Street Exchange subsidiary
