As an accomplished executive and trilingual professional fluent in Portuguese, English, and Russian, Inaye Brito holds a Master’s in Creative Management and Industries and a Bachelor's in Textile and Fashion Design. With over a decade of experience, Inaye has spearheaded the management and consulting of private and corporate events for B2B and B2C clients across the UAE. She has hosted over 400 events for prestigious clients, including the Burj Al Arab, Dubai Chambers, Lesa Milan, Nina Ali, Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Dubai Holding, Four Seasons Hotel, and OSN.
Her career began in the fashion industry, where she was captivated by the dynamic and artistic opportunities. This passion led her to transition into event planning. Inaye has since founded five well-established companies within the event management consulting sector in the UAE: @artvillagedesign, @wiakdubai, @sayyesindubai, @yourpartyuae, and the voluntary project @brasilemdubai.
Inaye`s commitment to excellence has allowed her to travel to several countries as a guest speaker, sharing insights on event business development for major event shows. Inaye Brito has also been recognized by government sectors for her charitable initiatives, including voluntary work for the Senses Center. Additionally, she has contributed as a co-author to the book "Women of Impact: Female Entrepreneurship."

Born in 1988, Fernanda Lo Re is a Brazilian and Italian business leader with a remarkable global presence. Having lived in Switzerland, Canada, and Singapore before settling in the United Arab Emirates, where she has resided for the past eight years, Fernanda has accumulated vast international experience that has shaped her into a formidable force in the business world.
Fernanda holds a university degree in Business Administration. Currently, she serves as the President of Ridge Prime and the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Redwood Prime Group. Additionally, she holds the position of COO at Lide Emirates, a prominent business organization focused on fostering connections between leaders in Brazil and the UAE. Her extensive background in administration and operations has been crucial in her leadership roles, driving the success of these enterprises.Fernanda's work has significantly contributed to strengthening the entrepreneurial ties between Brazil and the UAE. Her deep understanding of the nuances involved in managing businesses across these regions has enabled her to facilitate successful collaborations and promote economic growth.
